Multicolor Billiards Room Mural

If you read my last post, you might have heard me mention my wonderful client Kim. I created a serene, wavy bedroom mural for her at her home in a suburb of Boston, MA. Kim had an idea for a mural in her finished basement game room, and wanted to see if it would be feasible to make it happen while I was in town- of course my answer was YES!

When the opportunity to paint and create more presents itself, I’d never say no! Because I had shown Kim multiple inspiration images for her bedroom and she liked them all, she wanted to translate one of those options to the basement in a bolder, more playful color palette.

The color palette she requested was that of the billiards balls on her son’s pool table. Brilliant!

I selected 5 colors from Benjamin Moore to work with and a retro design, pulling in circle moments to mimic the game it would live next to. Kim and her son absolutely loved the playful mural and so did I!
