Boho Beach House: A Natural Sunroom

nestia-9.jpg

If you’ve been following along the Boho Beach House project- this is IT! The final room in the house is the enclosed sunroom off the back of the living room. This room almost feels like being outside with floor to ceiling windowed doors. If you haven’t seen the rest of the project yet, check them out: The Process, B&W Master Bedroom, Seaside Living Room, Sunny Loft Bedroom, Entryway, Kitchen & Hallway and Serenity Bedroom.

I want to thank you all who have followed this journey from start to finish. It felt amazing to complete my first large scale project and to have received so much support, engagement, and interest from all of you. Beyond wanting to make my clients happy as the priority, I am also so glad to have brought joy to all those who loved to watch the process. I can’t wait to continue bringing you with me in every project going forward!

BEFORE

This photo was from before the renovation. The walls were painted with a fresh coat, but otherwise this room was exactly like this when I arrived! There is also a round table and chairs off to the left side, which I helped the clients to replace after I left but unfortunately in the 2 weeks I was there, the items did not arrive in time. So for now, we will focus on the lounge area which came together beautifully.

AFTER

I was so excited to see this space come together The back doors open to the community’s pond and grassy area, where the kids would often run through back to the family houses from the pool. It’s the perfect place to run in from the pool or beach for lunch, so it was important to get updated cushions and a rug that can get dirty and wet!

I found the blue cushions first from Home Depot. Those were the most important items to replace, as the last set was old and a little too small for the beautiful wicker set that existed already. Next, all in the same trip, I found a stunning flat weave rug (similar here) and natural slab coffee table (similar here) at Homegoods! It was such an incredible find, as a piece like this will always go quickly there. It was small and perfectly shaped for the limited space we had there.

As always, continue following along on Instagram and TikTok for video tours, behind the scenes, and extra details of all my projects! Thanks again for your support of the Boho Beach House project. Who’s up next?!
